Please do the following

1)   Bring Milk & biscuits - there should be coffee, tea & sugar in the cupboard

2)  Make sure the Meeting room is clean; the table has Bible(s), Q F & P

    Collection bowl and flowers / plant on it; the chairs are in the correct place.

3)  Lay out cups/mugs, fill kettles and turn them on.

4) Ask/remind newcomers to turn off mobile phones.
