August 2005.To mark the 60th anniversary of the bombing of Hiroshima, Friends organised a simple event at the Bridgend Cenotaph.

Friends outside the Oxfam Shop in Bridgend handing over a cheque for £1700. This money was raised by the Bridgend Meeting, to provide a classroom to a community in Africa, as part of the Oxfam Unwrapped project.
